10/17/2008 - User Support Services is proud to annouce the launch of the newly redesigned Helpdesk website. The site sports some fresh new make-up, in addition to the many new features, all designed to make your experience on our site the best it can be.
Help & Tutorials Portal
Had trouble in the past finding the answers to your technology questions? Well, don't worry, we've got all the answers to your questions located in the new Help & Tutorials section of the website. Organized in a logical manner, you can easily navigate your way to the appropriate section to find your answer. Having problems with your email, for example? Simple, just click on the "Email & Calendars" button and there's everything you need to know and more!
Enhanced User Interface
Sporting slick graphical icons, a pleasing color scheme and easy to read text, the HelpDesk website has never looked so good. We know no one likes to read, so we added some cool icons to illustrate different sections of the website. And when you actually have to break down and read a bit, we made it easy as possible to browse through with prominent headlines and sub-headlines.
