Microsoft Home Use Program for Personally
Owned Computers

Longwood faculty and staff are now eligible to participate in Microsoft’s Home Use Program (HUP). This program enables faculty and staff to purchase a licensed copy of Microsoft Office 2010 (for PC) or Microsoft Office 2008 (for Mac) to install and use on their personally owned computer. The software may be downloaded for a cost of $9.95. A backup DVD may be purchased for and additional charge. Longwood employees may continue to use HUP software while they are employed by the University. An email with complete instructions and Longwood’s program code will be returned to you.
