User Support Services

User Support Services is available for technical assistance the following hours:

Mon - Thurs 7:45 AM until 9 PM
Friday 7:45 AM until 5 PM

There are (3) ways to place a work order with User Support Services:

Technical Support (Students)

Step 1: Call Your Designated RTA

  • Who's my RTA? Find your RTA's contact number here
  • Do Not call the Helpdesk first, you must contact your RTA first

Step 2: An RTA Will Provide One-on-One Support In Person

  • What can my RTA help me with? The RTAs provide one-on-one support, teach formal training classes, and form peer technology support groups within residence halls.

Step 3: If You Are In Need of Warranty Replacement Your RTA Will Place a Workorder To the Computer Repair Center
