Services & Facilities

There are ten buildings of various ages at Hull Springs Farm.

The condition of each building was assessed by a professional engineering firm. A building stewardship plan is in development by the University that will include recommendations for renovation and maintenance of the ten Hull Springs buildings. As funding becomes available, buildings will be renovated and new structures added to support educational programming using green building principles. Renovations and new construction will be designed so that a typical homeowner could reasonably replicate more sustainable building practices.

All HSF properties are furnished, including kitchen cookware and utensils.  Bed linens are provided. Rental of the "Big House," camphouse and bunkhouses is by reservation only.
