Report A Lost or Stolen ID Card

De-Activation of ID Cards

  • Every card has a deactivation date signaling the end of each semester.

  • At the start of the new semester, your card will be encoded with a new deactivation date.

  • When the deactivation date is reached, your card will no longer allow you access into your residence hall. RCL sets the times for moving out of the residence halls and you must adhere to their cut off time.
