1. Publically available web-based applications
2. Web-based VPN
   • Office computers via RDP
   • all other devices via ITS approved methods (ex. RDP, SSH, pcAnywhere)
3. WebEx service

University Owned Computing Device

Individuals remotely accessing university IT resources and systems from university owned computing devices may use:

1. Publically available web-based applications
2. Web-based VPN
   • Office computers via RDP
   • all other devices via ITS approved methods (ex. RDP, SSH, pcAnywhere)
3. WebEx service
4. Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology installed on the device

University or Non-University Owned Handheld Devices

Individuals remotely accessing university IT resources and systems from university owned or non-university owned handheld devices may use:

1. Publically available web-based applications
2. BlackBerry device activated on the university BlackBerry Enterprise Server
