International Student Buddy Program
There are many American students at Longwood University that are interested in meeting international students! Some choose to become part of the international student buddy program. Every international student will meet an American student "buddy" when they arrive at Longwood University. At first, the buddies will help international students navigate the campus and student life at an American University, as well as plan recreational trips. Over time, many of these relationships have turned into longtime friendships.

Residential and Commuter Life (Housing)
Most international students live in a residence hall on campus. Longwood University attempts to place every international student with an American roommate, so that students can interact and learn about the many cultures represented among our students. This is a great way to make friends and to become involved in the life of the campus. Most of the residence halls are configured in "suites," with two rooms sharing a bathroom. Each room has Internet access, cable TV, and voicemail capabilities. For further information regarding housing, please visit the Residential and Commuter Life website.
