If you click on a link and you don't see anything, you may have one of the
following problems:
- You may be using a pop-blocking program (Google Toolbar, MSN Toolbar, etc.) that is
preventing the loading of a new window. This is usually fixed by
holding down the Control key (if you use Windows) while clicking on a link.
- Your window may be open, but may be under another window. Take a
look at the bottom of your screen at the list of windows that are currently
open. The window you are looking for may be found there.
- The link may contain a file or some kind of content that takes a
significant time to load. Your browser may indicate that it is
loading. Please be patient, particularly if you are on a slower
connection.
- Contact your instructor. Perhaps they can be of assistance as to
why your file will not open
- If you instructor is unavailable, you can call Longwood User Support
Services, most days except when the University is closed, Monday-Friday 8:15
AM to 5:00 PM. They can be reached at 434-395-4357.
