Rick is a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA), in which he serves as a Virginia state representative and on the publications board as a reviewer for the ASCA Journal of Student Conduct Administration. He teaches human development, research methods, and psychological assessment as an adjunct instructor for the Department of Education and Human Services. Personal interests include hiking and backpacking, reading, history, woodworking, and martial arts.
