The mission of the faculty, staff, and students at the Longwood Center for Communication, Literacy and Learning is to provide professional services to children, adults and families in Southside Virginia.

Equitable Treatment Policy
Persons served in the Longwood Center for Communication, Literacy, and Learning are treated in a nondiscriminatory manner - that is, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, participation restriction, age, sexual orientation, or status as a parent. The institution and program comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and executive orders pertaining there to.
Inclement Weather Policy
Longwood Center for Communication, Literacy, and Learning follows the same schedule as Longwood University regarding inclement weather. If Longwood University is closed, then LCCLL will be closed.
During inclement weather, information regarding closings can be found on the Longwood website www.longwood.edu or calling Longwood Information at 434-395-2000.
