We will engage students in fun activities with a global economics theme. We will use kid friendly videos to introduce life in other countries from parts of the world including Africa, Central American, and Europe. Students will be involved in economic activities, music, cooking, arts and crafts, geography lessons, etc. For example, students will learn about assembly line production in our SMORES factory, they will make their own butter, they will work with maps, they will have chop sticks relays, they will have a barter trade day, they will be involved in a working economy where they earn money and can get fined, and they will end the week by shopping in our international market.

We guarantee that this will be fun-filled, high energy, and educational. Please only enroll students that you think will be willing to participate in group activities, enjoy an academic based camp, and will behave appropriately. We would also appreciate any help you may be able to give us in communicating this information to other families.
