Economics is pervasive throughout the Standards of Learning for the Commonweath of Virginia. Students will benefit by having sound economic principles ingrained into their current curriculum, from kindergarten through their senior year. The workshops offered by the Longwood Center for Economic Education provide teachers with the knowledge and teaching materials necessary to meet those standards.
