Annual Youth Art Exhibition
Intent to Participate Form
In order to plan and prepare for the Annual Area Youth Art Exhibition (organized by the LCVA and sponsored by @WORK Personnel and Medical Services) we need to know which art teachers plan to participate. A prospectus with details will be mailed to the teachers who plan to submit work. The amount of work to be submitted by each teacher will be determined by the number of teachers participating. Over 350 students from area schools participated in the exhibition of individual works last year.
Please note: Information for the labels is to be submitted electronically as a Word document via an email attachment or on a floppy disk (PC only). Please check and re-check spelling of student’s names. They will be printed on the label as submitted. Teachers who have not followed instructions in submitting work and/or label information will be notified and asked to make corrections within two days.

Reception for teachers, students and families.
April 7- 11
Teachers may pick up all artwork at the Center 8:30-5:00 pm, (M-F)
