Use Connexion to create records, retrieve records, edit those records, update OCLC holdings, export
records into Millennium and create label files for physical processing. If the MARC record is already in
Millennium, then the MARC record from Connexion will overlay the existing
MARC record as long as the incoming OCLC record
has the same OCLC number as the existing record.

Specify
label settings under Tools-Options-Printing-Label Options (button)
Select SL4 Spine & Pocket labels (pocket labels will not be printed, but
this setting enables the label creator to see the call number, title and
author of the items.
Check "output to text file" and select your zip drive (be sure you have a blank zip disk on hand). This will create a labels text file on your zip disc.
You can also define automatic stamps based on holdings symbols so that Juv., Ref., DVD, etc will print on your labels.
Give zip disc to the staff member who creates labels.
