Upgraded technology allows us to offer you the convenience and security of a virtual post office box. The system eliminates your need to regularly check your mailbox and all mail can be tracked, not just packages. Also, your mailbox number will remain the same as long as you reside on the main campus.

Returning this Fall 2017, you will receive mail at the post office using the following steps:

  1. Receive an email informing you that you have mail/packages; *NOTE* Please wait until you receive the email from Mail Services. The email you receive from LW Mail Services means your mail is ready for pick up. Carriers (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) send updated messages that are often confusing. After receiving the email you have 30 days to pick up your mail.
  2. Go to the main entrance of the Graham Building.
  3. Present Longwood ID and email to mail staff
  4. Sign receipt for your mail.

To find out your Longwood PO Box number, read the following procedures:

Login to myLongwood and then click on the Student tab,

Find the myLongwood Services channel and click the Banner Self-Service folder,

then click the Personal Information folder,

and then select View Addresses and Phones

Your Longwood PO Box will be listed as Residential PO Box Address

 My Longwood Services

The key to this system is using your Longwood email.  All important LU information is communicated via email.  Remember, you can auto forward your LU mail to a personal email address.

Thanks in advance for making the system a success. If you need further clarification, you may contact us at:
