Longwood University Mail Services strives to maintain excellent services for its customers. This is an ongoing effort and below you will find our mission and evaluation methods for monitoring our progress.

Mission
Longwood University Mail Services is responsible for providing an effective, economical system of distributing internal campus mail between the entire campus community as well as processing all incoming and outgoing mail communications.
Postal and vendor rates are continuously reviewed and updated to ensure that all possible savings are being obtained for Longwood University. Longwood Mail Services coordinates all departmental pickup and delivery schedules in order to meet USPS and UPS appointed daily dispatch deadlines.
Evaluation
Longwood University Mail Services uses the following surveys to solicit performance information about our services. This survey is currently able to be filled out and returned to our Mail Services Office in Lankford.
