Small, Women Owned and Minority Owned Business The Commonwealth has instituted new requirements for Small, Women and Minority Owned (SWaM) business. Purchases under $5,000 now require a quote from a SWaM vendor. You can use the NIGP commodity code in order to find a SWaM vendor in eVA. |
