What if my vendor is not registered in eVA? You can contact the vendor to encourage them to join eVA. It is critical that you explain the following information to the vendor: · 1% of every transaction (capped at $500) per order will be charged to the vendor. · Registration can be completed on the eVA website. · $25 annual fee for basic or premium vendor registration (premium vendors receive notification of solicitations). · American Management Systems (eVA system administrator) will invoice the vendors for these related fees. If your selected supplier refuses to join eVA, you can search for another supplier that participates in eVA or the departmental budget must absorb the 1% vendor transaction fee. |
