Refund Policies

• Included in the price is a $250 non-refundable Longwood University Administration Fee.  If Longwood University cancels the trip (because there are not enough students, for example), this fee and all other fees paid by the student will be refunded.  For all other instances of cancellation, the $250 Longwood Admin. Fee is not refundable.
  
• If notice in writing is received
  • Before March 30, you will receive a full refund less the $250 Longwood Administration Fee.
  • Between March 30 and April 30, you will receive a full refund less $750 ($500 non-refundable deposit and the $250 Longwood Administration Fee).
  • Between April 30 and May 30, you may not receive a refund, depending upon expenses incurred and the policies of the tour company.  
  • Between May 30 and departure, you will not receive any refund.
