Music at Longwood - Cultivating
Musical Leaders
Master of Science in Education - Curriculum and Instruction/Music
The Cohort: This program will be offered as a cohort group. Students will be admitted at the beginning of the program, and no others will join until the sequence is finished. When the first cohort group is finished, we will begin another. The first cohort, offered on the Longwood campus, will begin in the summer of 2006 or whenever the target enrollment is reached. Students will be considered for admission on a first-come first-served basis. The second cohort will probably begin in 2009, possibly at the Powhatan High school near the intersection of Route 288 and the Midlothian Turnpike. All music courses will be offered only once during each cohort.
