    • Question: What is myLongwood?
      • Answer: MyLongwood is a web portal that is available to everyone in the campus community. Its purpose is to centralize information, news, events, and services at Longwood into an easy to use, easy to access system.
    • Question: How do I access myLongwood?
      • Answer: The portal is available at https://my.longwood.edu. You will log on to myLongwood with your LancerNet ID an password (the same ID and password that you use to access your Longwood email).
    • Question: What are some of the features of myLongwood?
      • Answer:
        • Web Based Calendars
        • Announcements
        • Message Boards
        • Non-Academic Groups and Clubs Home Pages
        • External information (i.e. news, weather, etc)

    • Question: Am I required to use myLongwood?
      • Answer: The myLongwood portal is the primary means of communication and information for LU faculty, staff, and students. Registration, campus announcements, course information, schedules, and grades will only be available through myLongwood.
    • Question: Who do I contact if I have questions?
      • Answer: If you have questions concerning access to or functionality of the MyLongwood portal please contact User Support Services at (434) 395-4357 or email helpdesk@longwood.edu
    • Question: Will I receive my email through myLongwood?
      • Answer: The portal does not replace Outlook or other email clients, however web-based email is accessible through the portal.
    • Question: What services will myLongwood provide for me?
      • Answer: MyLongwood will provide faculty with the tools and information needed to register, advise, and grade students. Students will be able to register, view program information, and contact advisors through myLongwood. Staff will be able to access Longwood services (Self-Service Banner - SSB) information through myLongwood.
