NOTICE
TO INSURANCE ADJUSTERS Friday, May 4, 9:00 am to 3:00 PM **REVISED** Insurance adjusters who have homeowner's claims on personal property belonging to students in the Main Tabb Residence Hall, will be permitted (with escort) to inspect rooms and property tomorrow (Friday, May 4) from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Access to South Ruffner Residence Hall will be announced as soon as possible. To make arrangements, adjusters must contact Joanie Spillman, Executive Secretary, Office of Administration and Finance (Lancaster Room 336) at 804.395.2018 or via e-mail at jspillma@longwood.edu . Adjusters who cannot adhere to this schedule should contact Ms. Spillman for another appointment. Upon arriving on campus, insurance adjusters must check in with the Campus Police Dispatcher in the Graham building where parking will be available (click here for campus map). The Graham building is located off Madison Street behind the Hiner Building and the Campus Police Department is located in the front of the Graham Building. A representative from Dell Computers will be available on Friday to discuss potential claims for damage to student laptop computers.
