The project management office provides guidance, support, and oversight for approved Longwood University IT projects.
We can assist University Departments in exploring IT solutions to a broad spectrum of academic and administrative needs.
What is a "project"?
A project is a "temporary endeavor undertaken to deliver a unique product or service."
Temporary - a definite beginning and end
Unique - different in some distinguishing way from all other products or services provided by the organization
