Beginning Sept 1, 2018 parking requests (visitor parking, individual spaces and event parking) will be managed via the campus scheduling system.
Campus Police no longer field these requests directly.
Log on with your Longwood credentials and follow the prompts; parking is selected on the “Resources” page.
If you need to add parking to an existing event confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org listing the event name and confirmation number in the subject line. (Confirmation numbers follow this format 2018-ABCXXX.)
If your event is within 4 days, or if your meeting is in a room not listed, write parking request in the subject line and email the request to: email@example.com
