About Parking Services
The Longwood University Parking Services Office is located in the Graham Building and is a division of the Department Public Safety. All parking related services are handled in this office to include: Student/Faculty/Staff parking permit issuance; Special Event Parking; Guest Parking, Conference Parking, parking enforcement, and parking appeals. The Parking Services Office also handles parking concerns for individuals with special needs, and Freshman Vehicle Policy exceptions.
The Parking Services Office enforces all parking regulations, processes all parking citations, and issues billing statements for unpaid accounts. The Parking Office is your first point of contact if you have a question about a parking citation. The Parking Services Office will provide you with a parking citation appeal form should you need it. Parking penalty appeals are heard by committee and the decision by the committee is final. Parking penalty appeals committee meetings are held monthly during the academic year.
