Mrs. Laura Rice is the Parking Services Manager for the LUPD. Her office is located at the Graham building Room 119. Her phone number is (434) 395-2612.
She has a BA in History from James Madison University. She has been with the LUPD for 18 years beginning her service in June of 1990. She has been an advisor to Alpha Gamma Delta and the LUPD Nightwalkers Student Escort Services. She is also a certified Dispatcher.
Beverly Spain
Administrative Assistant

Beverly came to the LUPD in August of 2000. Beverly came to us from the Medical Technology field with 15 years experience. Her interest is built around her family and home, she loves being creative and is an avid reader and a feline fanatic.
