Refuse to be a Victim is a crime prevention program from the National Rifle Association
and is designed to raise levels of awareness on the following areas:

  1. Personal security
  2. Locks
  3. Lighting
  4. Windows
  5. Doors
  6. Shrubbery
  7. Alarms
  8. Keys
  9. Automobile security
  10. Travel
  11. Phone safety
  12. Identity theft

These are just a few of the areas that are covered by the Refuse to a Victim program.
