Check-in Time
When can I check into my assigned location?
Since we want to be fully prepared for your arrival, our staff will strictly enforce student move-in times and expectations. If you are involved with a university-sanctioned program, please follow the check-in instructions provided by the program coordinator. Please plan your campus arrival to meet these check-in expectations.
NOTE: In an effort to reduce general move-in congestion and demand for elevators, residents must move-in according to which floor he/she is assigned. Carefully read the information below and make your travel plans according.

Summer School
Check-in for Summer Housing will be consistently held 2:00pm - 5:00pm on the Sunday before the first day of classes in the lobby entrance of Cox Hall. An assignment confirmation and move-in instructions will be e-mailed, via your Longwood address, prior to your campus arrival. Other questions can be directed to housing@longwood.edu.
