The off campus release application process is designed for students that wish to be considered for the opportunity to be released from the longwood residency requirement, to live independent of longwood housing management and to sign a lease arrangement with a private landlord.
Current residential students must have at least 56 or more earned credits by the end of the 2011 spring semester in order to submit this request.
You are eligible to APPLY for our Off-Campus Waitlist. Filling out this WAITLIST application will not guarantee you get to move off campus so DO NOT sign any leases or contracts.
Please fill out the application and turn it in to the Housing Office before 5pm on Feb 18, 2011.
Applications will be available on the RCL website from February 14th - February 18th at 5pm.

Notification will be sent on February 22, 2011 by 11:59pm regarding your request to be released.
Students who are contracted to live at Lancer Park, Longwood Landings, or Longwood Village DO NOT submit an "Off Campus Release From Residency Requirement" Application. Longwood Landings , Lancer Park, and Longwood Village Residents are "On-Campus" students.
Only current residents with at least 56 credits or more earned by the end of the 2011 spring semester may submit the "off campus release" application.
