Summer Commuting @ Longwood
Plans are for students enrolled in summer classes.

Longwood's Residency Requirement does not extend to Summer School. If you are enrolled in summer courses at Longwood and would like to commute from a local address we will not dispute this. Your status will temporarily change to commuter than will be changed back to residential at the end of the final summer session. This form is here to accommodate those commuter students who would like to purchase a meal plan through ARAMARK's Dining Services. There are 2 plans offered to commuters for summer school:

5 meals per week	19 meals per week
$31 per week	$87 per week

Please Note: The 5 meals/week plan is ONLY available to students who commute to their summer classes.

By submitting this 2009 Summer School Meal Plan Application, I am officially asking to be provided a meal plan, during the indicated summer period. I authorize that all associated charges be applied to my student account. I understand that I am financially responsible for making timely payment, prior to the start of each indicated summer school period.

Cancellation of this 2009 Summer School Meal Plan Application must be submitted in writing, three (3) days before the first day of your classes.

I understand that RCL will verify all the information on this application and intentionally falsified information will be considered a violation of the Longwood University Honor Code.

If you receive a "Form Was Not Processed. Error Sending Email! Check log file for specific error" after you click "Submit" it means you did not provide a valid Longwood Email address. Email housing@longwood.edu if you are having issues outside the aforementioned.

Other Important Information:

Please note that summer school meal plans do not begin until Monday, May 18, 2009. Campus meal plans are not available for the period between the closing of the spring semester and the 17th, nor is it available between August 1, 2009 and the opening of school for the fall semester.

All regular policies are in effect during Summer Housing.
