Explanation
regarding Mid-Year Housing Intentions & Preference Changes(held November 3-7) :
During
this particular week, RCL will collect mid-year room assignment change
requests, mid-year meal plan change requests and intentions of any students
that will not returning for spring semester. Room and meal plan changes will be updated in
the university’s computer systems prior to spring semester invoicing. Withdrawing students must also “communicate
officially” with their respective Academic Deans’ office.
Explanation
regarding Mid-Year Assignment Changes:
When possible, mid-year assignment changes
(using only currently available bed vacancies) must be completed no later than 5:00pm on Saturday, December 6. If not,
students approved for a mid-year assignment change must vacate their current
fall semester assignment location prior to the start of winter break (or 24
hours after their last exam). Students
will be responsible to make local storage arrangements during the break period or
to take home all personal items. Students
will not be permitted to officially move into their new spring semester
assignment location until Sunday,
January 11 (9:00am – 5:00pm). Spring
semester classes begin at 4:00pm on Monday, January 12.
