The Office of Residential and Commuter Life has received your information and you will be assigned a room in order of receipt and as space permits. This receipt does not guarantee that you will be assigned a room. Formal notification of summer assignments will come as correspondence from Betty Newman (Assignment's Manager) in the Housing Office.
By submitting this Summer School Housing & Meal Plan Application, you officially asking to be provided housing accommodation and if applicable, a meal plan, during the indicated summer school class period(s). You, authorize that all associated charges be applied to my student account. You understand that you are financially responsible to make timely payment, prior to the start of each indicated summer school class period(s).
You further understand that you are financially responsible for any damages that occur within my assigned space/area. Cancellation of this Summer School Housing and Meal Plan Application must be submitted in writing, three (3) business days before the first day of classes of each recognized summer school session. You understand that Residential and Commuter Life will verify all the information on this application and intentionally falsified information will be considered a violation of the Longwood University Code of Honor.
