Temporary and Residential Housing
 

Longwood University currently manages three residential houses in Farmville, Virginia. These houses are available for rent to accommodate incoming faculty and staff members in need of temporary housing. Two homes are conveniently located within walking distance of the campus and the other house is situated adjacent to the University’s 9-hole golf course.

This 2-bedroom, 1-full bath home known as the “Gate House” is located adjacent to Longwood’s 9-hole golf course. This 1,323 square foot home features a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, two porch areas, and an attic for storage

Amenities Include: Washer and Dryer, Stove, Refrigerator, 3 Air Conditioning Units, and Oil Furnace

601 Race Street

This home has 3-bedroom, 1-full bath and is located within walking distance of the campus. The home features carpet throughout the living room, hallway and three bedrooms. There is a small closed in porch area, a dining room accessible to the living room and a kitchen. A Floor Plan will soon follow.
