Temporary Residential Housing: Leasing
Information Leasing Terms
- An initial 6-month lease is required with option of renewal based on
availability.
- Washers and dryers are available for tenants
- The rent includes all normal maintenance of property, including lawn care.
- Tenants are responsible for utilities, telephone, cable, satellite, internet/DSL
services, and all charges relating to these services.
Leasing Rates

6-month Term: TBA
Late Fees
If any rent installment is more than ten (10) days in arrears, a charge of 5%
late fee will be applied to the scheduled installment payment.
