Intramural Sports
Intramurals are a great way to stay active and involved in sports throughout your college career.
Many college students played sports in high school or elsewhere in their community at home, but do not have the opportunity to play sports at the NCAA level. The Longwood University Campus Recreation department offers all students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to continue playing competitive sports through our diverse intramural sports program. Our handbook will provide you with guidelines on how to get involved in intramural sports and what to expect when you begin competing.
