
The Department of Campus Recreation at Longwood University
offers a wide array of group fitness classes sure to meet your needs! Our
qualified staff provides a safe, fun and effective environment and welcomes
participants regardless of age, gender or fitness level. We are dedicated to
providing diverse exercise opportunities to the campus community and with more
than 30 classes offered each week, there is sure to be one to help you reach
your fitness goals. Class formats range from Yoga and Pilates to Bootcamp and
Power Hour so be sure to check out all class descriptions. All classes are free
for Longwood students and Health and Fitness center members so lace up and join
