Our qualified staff is prepared to work with you to develop an individualized program and assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. *Fitness Assessment performed during the first session if you are a new client. Returning clients can purchase an assessment separately.


Initial Fitness Assessment

Meet one-on-one with a Campus Rec Personal Trainer to determine your current fitness level and discuss your personal goals. This one-hour session will determine your:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance

Your exercise program will be designed based on your current fitness level and will take your personal, long-term goals into consideration.
