How to Make an Appointment

To get started, simply print the Personal Training Packet (pdf) and stop by the Department of Campus Recreation in the Health and Fitness Center to pick up a packet and make a payment.

Initial Fitness Assessment

Meet one-on-one with a Campus Rec Personal Trainer to determine your current fitness level and discuss your personal goals. This one-hour session will determine your:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance

Your exercise program will be designed based on your current fitness level and will take your personal, long-term goals into consideration.
