How do I get access to update my website through RedDot?
You must complete the relevant training before being given access to work on your department website. You can view the schedule and sign up here. Once you have signed up for a class a request for access to RedDot should be submitted using this online form.
If your department website has not yet been converted to RedDot it is advisable to only take training if that conversion is underway or planned for the near future. You can view the Proposed Timeline for RedDot Conversion by clicking this link [PDF]. If your department is on the schedule for the current semester but has not yet been contacted please contact the webteam to find out if you should consider training.
Is RedDot training available?
Yes. RedDot training is available through Longwood ITS. You can view the schedule and sign up here.
