How to Get Help
Once you are using RedDot, help is available to support you along the way. First, you can try looking through our How-To section. There are step by step instructions for some of the basic tasks in RedDot, illustrated using screen shots.
If the How-To section doesn't answer your question or you need further assistance, call or email us and we would be glad to help in any way. You can also join the RedDot Mailing List and join the discussion about the use of RedDot on campus.

Join the RedDot Mail List to discuss the use of the Red Dot on campus. We will be providing information about opportunities such as training, sharing news about new sites converted to RedDot, offering tips for the use of RedDot, and providing support for issues or problems encountered in a public forum where others may benefit from that discussion.
