  Change Of Address: Notify the Registration Office in writing of any change of address. The Registration Office will notify other offices of these changes.

Change of Name: Notify the Registration Office of any change of name. The student must provide Documentation of the name change (official Driver's License, Court document, birth certificate, etc.).
