Web Information Network (WIN) 

Longwood University is transitioning from WIN to myLongwood (https://my.longwood.edu/cp/home/displaylogin) as the source of student academic information.  Win will only be available through September 30, 2007.

You will be able to access the following information:

Ø      Grades – You may access your grades through summer 2007 on WIN.  

Ø      Institutional Transcript – You can view your unofficial transcript.  The transcript will not include your fall enrollment.  Please take a minute to compare your WIN transcript with the transcript in myLongwood.  If you find any discrepancies please notify the Registrar's Office at extension 2580 or e-mail regis@longwood.edu.

Ø      Transfer Transcript – You can view courses transferred in to Longwood.

Ø      Degree Audit – You can run a degree audit to see what requirements you still need to complete your degree.  If you see any discrepancies, please contact Becky Bartow bartowrg@longwood.edu if you are in the College of Business and Economics or the College of Education and Human Services.  Contact Kara Presson at pressonkl@longwood.edu  if you are in the College of Arts and Sciences .

Ø      Hold Flags – Need to be checked in myLongwood.  These are no longer maintained in WIN.

Ø      View and Update Email Addresses –  These need to be viewed and updated in myLongwood.

Ø     View Next-of-Kin – You can view your next-of-kin information in myLongwood.
