January 14th: Conferences & Scheduling will begin accepting applications for 2013 Summer Conference Team

February 11th: Applications for Coordinators due by 5:00 p.m.

February 12th: Final review of Coordinator Applications

February 13th - 15th, 18th: Interviews for Coordinators

February 19th: Notify Coordinators of hiring decisions by 5:00 p.m.

February 21st: Applications for Associates due by 5:00 p.m.

                         Coordinators must accept/deny positions by 5:00 p.m.

                         Final review of applications/resumes for Associates

February 25th - 27th: Interviews for Associates

February 28th: Notify Associates of hiring decision

March 1st: Associates must accept/deny position by 5:00 p.m.

* All application packets must be submitted in person to the Office of Conferences & Scheduling at the Hardy House.
