Longwood chapter of NSSLHA

The Longwood chapter of NSSLHA is the local affiliate of the national organization. Both undergraduate and graduate students participate in the organization providing service to the community and promoting the profession.

 

 Operation Smile

The Operation Smile Club of Longwood University was founded in 2013.  We have approximately 55 members from a number of majors, including CSDS, Nursing, Education, Business, and HARK.  All students at Longwood University are eligible to join.  For more information, contact the club's faculty advisor, Dr. Ann Cralidis, at cralidisal@longwood.edu or 434-395-4951.

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is the professional, scientific, and credentialing association for audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and speech, language, and hearing scientists.

 

Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia

The Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia (SHAV) promotes professional excellence and advocates quality services for people with communication, swallowing, and hearing disabilities. Formed in 1957, SHAV is a nonprofit organization of professionals working to meet the needs of people with communication impairments in Virginia

 

National Student Speech Language Hearing Association

The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is a pre-professional membership association for students interested in the study of communication sciences and disorders.
