Income Tax Treaties This section of the IRS web pages provides links to tax treaties between the U.S. and other countries in PDF format. In many cases, links to a technical explanation of the treaty is also available. Invariably, the explanation is a larger file than the treaty.
Criminal Investigation Information on the law enforcement arm of the IRS.
Private Letter Rulings Sorted by IRC section number.
Index of Internal Revenue Bulletins In chronological order; searchable.

The Tax Protestor Movement: Proof that P. T. Barnum Was Right: I read somewhere that P. T. Barnum did not say, "There's a sucker born every minute," but he could have if he'd known about the tax protestor movement.
