Course Description:  A course designed to help students develop skills in speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and writing in Spanish, and apply these skills in a context that recognizes and explores the particularities of Spanish and Spanish-American culture.   Prerequisite: SPAN 102 or equivalent3 credits.

Rationale for Course:  To meet Goal 10 students must develop “the ability to communicate and function in a globally interdependent world as developed through foreign language study.”This course provides students with the skills to communicate effectively in Spanish and fulfills all the outcomes listed for Goal 10.
