Mnemonics

Mnemonics are ways in which students can learn information in a meaningful way.  I will model the LISTS and FIRST strategies developed by the University of Kansas.  LISTS and FIRST are strategies that help students identify, organize, and memorize important information.  LISTS and FIRST strategies are modeled below, simply click on the letter and see how each step in done.  The lesson theme for this strategy is a history lesson on the Spanish American War.
