Bibliography - Songs in Book Form
Heading: The heading should appear in the upper right hand corner of the first page and should include the following:

Your name
Do not include a cover sheet.
Text Format: 10 or 12 point type, 1" margins, in a standard font (such as Ariel, Helvetica, Times New Roman). See below for the model for the entries. (Please do not include these examples in your bibliography.)
Length: 8-10 entries (1 full page maximum)
Content: Simple Bibliography in the format identified in the example below. This is not a scholarly format, but this will make the final product easier for use by the classroom teacher:
"Song Title." Song Source or Author. Illustrator. followed by the normal publisher and date information.
No annotations required. Identify the source, as in the examples.
Remember that bibliographic lists are in alphabetical order.
