Patricia Lust has BM, MM, and DM degrees from Heidelberg College, New England Conservatory of Music and Indiana University, respectively. Her professional career includes positions in the public schools and in teacher preparation programs as well as positions in higher education administration and vocal music. Her current position is Director of Liberal Studies (elementary and middle school teacher preparation) at Longwood University. She teaches a graduate course for practicing classroom teachers called “Music in the Integrated Curriculum” and a course for pre-service teachers called “Integrated Arts/Music” that brings the fine arts (art, music, drama) into the core subjects.
