Complete this assignment on a separate sheet piece of paper for each piece of music you are assigned. All assignments are due at the time of the studio class just before mid-term break. Forms may be return to you to be revised with a specific due date. Important: if an assignment is returned to you with a due date written on it, you MUST turn in that assignment or else you will receive NO CREDIT for it. Please type the answers for this assignment (except for item 7). For items 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 you must write complete sentences. Spelling and grammar will be considered.
