You will be able to find the information on one of the three listed internet sources (see syllabus). The names are in one of two categories (Composers or Other Names). As you fill out cards keep them in your index card cases organized in the two categories and in alphabetical order by last name within each category. Bring the cards with you to each class. If a name comes up in class or in the text book you can refer to your cards and you can add to the information if it is necessary. The titles of works in the third column are those that Mr. Copland has made special mention of in his text book. Be sure that these titles are on your cards. Additional names may be added during class.
